Premier Tire's Response to COVID-19

Your Health and Safety is Our Main Priority

At Premier Tires and Wheels the health, safety and wellness or our staff and our customers is our top priority. As we have been deemed an essential service, we take our responsibility towards our community our top priority. We encourage the following policies and procedures for our team members:

  • Enhanced cleaning policies.
  • Physical distancing of at least two meters.
  • Sanitizing between customers.
  • Thorough online e-mail or text quotations to prevent close contact and simplify your shopping experience with confidence.
  • Curbside pick up for loose products.
We value you as our customer; in order to follow COVID-19 guidelines as per the Government of Canada we request the following:
  • Please keep at least a two meter distance from staff members.
  • If you are sick or showing any symptoms of an illness including a fever, cough or runny nose please DO NOT come to our store.
  • If you would like to visit our showroom or come close to our staff members please wear a mask.
  • Preferred payment is via debit, e-transfer or credit card. Cash is accepted when necessary.

NOTICE: Due to COVID-19 we are avoiding entering customers' vehicles as much as possible. We have cameras, once you pull up to the bay someone will be out shortly to guide you in. We work fast and efficiently to streamline the best service possible. If you would like to browse our showroom or come into our office, we ask you to please wear a mask during cold and flu season.
