Shipping:

Fast free or low cost shipping across Canada, excluding the Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, & Nunavut. We will verify your order and notify you within 24 hours if your order is not eligible for free shipping. Rural areas may not be eligible for free shipping and we will notify you within 24 hours of any additional costs before processing your order.

Inventory:

Our website is not live inventory, please call, text or email us to verify product availability and pricing. Please provide us with your vehicle year, make, model & trim level if you would like us to verify that a product will work for your vehicle. Any product listed at $0.00 or if an item is significantly cheaper than another comparable item then this is likely a product upload error or a discontinued clearance price. Any tire listed below $70.00 is a an error. We reserve the right to cancel these orders.

Order Approval:

Due to the overwhelming increased activity in global credit card fraud we want to protect you the consumer as well as ourselves, the best we can. All online orders will only be approved if they meet all of our fraud analysis guidelines. If you require a product and your order can not meet these guidelines, we can alternatively take payment by EMT (Email Money Transfer) to premiertires104@gmail.com. No other alternative options or exceptions can provided under any circumstance. We appreciate your understanding.

Customer Service:

All online purchases will not be “captured” or “charged” to your card until we can confirm product availability, accurate shipping cost and delivery to your address within a reasonable timeline. Billing street address absolutely must match the credit card's registered address for us to process any order. All orders must meet the low fraud analysis to be processed. Any order that meets the medium or high risk fraud analysis will not be processed. Please make sure all information is correct and available if you wish to purchase any products on our website.

Our #1 goal is always complete customer satisfaction, we want to make online purchases as easy as possible and worry free for you, the customer.

Reasonable Timeline:

If any online order will take more than 30 days to get to your shipping address we will contact you directly with the alternative details before any charges will be processed to your credit card. If you require an item within a shorter time frame, please let us know before hand.

Payments:

When you purchase an item on our website your card will not be charged until we confirm product availability, shipping costs and a reasonable timeline for the delivery of your items. If you place an order on an item that is sold out nationwide or discontinued you do not have to worry about your card being charged and the hassle of getting a refund days later. If your online order is placed on an available product, shipping costs are accurate and we can provide you with the products within a reasonable timeline then the card payment will be processed within 72 hours and the products will be shipped to you.
